Let us take care of the sale of your current home. After valuation, we’ll agree a price with you and market your home, keeping you updated about visits and offers. Once an offer is accepted you can reserve the Elivia Homes property you adore, and move in once the legal paperwork is complete. We’ll take care of the agent fees so you won’t have to worry about a thing.
Armed Forces discount
It’s important to us that we recognise those who have served our country. Current and former military servicemen and women will be offered a £500* contribution for every £25,000 of the cost of the new property being bought, up to a maximum of £5,000 contribution.
Key Worker Discount
