Elivia Homes has earned industry-wide recognition after receiving the Regional Highly Commended Award at the 2025 LABC Building Excellence Awards for its Paddock View development in Tadworth, Surrey.
The prestigious industry awards recognise outstanding contributions to construction, rewarding projects that demonstrate exceptional standards in design, quality, and technical innovation. Elivia Homes’ entry in the ‘Best Small New Housing Development’ category was acknowledged among a highly competitive field, with the commendation reflecting the projects strong design principles, attention to detail, and collaborative approach.

Paddock View comprises four bespoke luxury detached homes, each individually designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Constructed using timber frame methods and featuring significant glazing, the homes maximise natural light and countryside views. The development also marked Elivia’s first integration of air source heat pump technology, which was an important step in the company’s drive toward more sustainable building practices.
