Elivia Homes would like to introduce ourselves as your new neighbours and aim to keep you informed of our intentions regarding programming and site works generally.
We are looking to start pre-commencement works, starting with forming a temporary entrance, erecting the sites security fencing, site clearance. Elivia Homes will then start the ground works and continue with the full development of the 44 properties.
The groundworkers arrived on site this week, starting with enabling works for the main works to start on 24 March 2025 followed by the site drainage and then intend starting the new site roads to allow piling to start in May 2025. Once piling is complete the main construction will start and we will then continue with the groundworks and super-structure works through to completion, which we anticipate being December 2026.
We have quite extensive S278 works to carry from end of May 2025 out to our site entrance and to the highway which will bring improvement to the local road.
While these works will bring some disruption, we will do our upmost to keep it to a minimum and will be on hand to discuss your concerns.
The Site Manager for Greenacres has yet to be determined but we can be contacted regarding anything to do with the development.
We consider ourselves to be considerate constructors and will do our best to minimise the effect to yourselves by our works.
