A Year of Growth and Excitement at Elivia Eastern

| 7 Jan 2025

As we begin a new year and mark the start of an exciting 2025 for Elivia Homes, it’s timely to reflect on the brilliant successes that the last year brought to our Eastern region.  From the launch of new developments across Kent, Sussex and Surrey, to reaching exciting project milestones, here’s a look back at what we achieved in 2024, along with a glimpse of what’s to come in the next 12 months:

A Year to Remember

New developments

2024 marked the launch of three standout developments: Summerfield Nurseries in Staple and two sites in Crowborough - The Brambles and Fallow Wood. Each of these projects brought fresh opportunities for homeowners to find their dream property in Kent and East Sussex, with the selection of homes offering modern designs and idyllic settings tailored to diverse lifestyles.

Paddock View

Another significant highlight was the success at Paddock View, a luxury new development consisting of four large barn-style, detached family homes on a peaceful track just off Babylon Lane in Lower Kingswood, Surrey. We’re proud to share that all four homes were sold off-plan, underscoring the exceptional appeal of this exclusive development.

Lanthorne Place

At Lanthorne Place in Broadstairs, our journey is nearing its final stages with all homes now reserved subject to completions. This development - offering stunning one to four bedroom seaside homes in Kent - has delighted buyers since its launch in 2022, and we’re thrilled to see the site almost complete.

Influencer collaborations

Last year we embraced the power of social media marketing, collaborating with two fantastic influencers at Summerfield Nurseries. Working with @feguimaraess and @homeatspringbank, these partnerships helped us showcase the exceptional qualities of our homes in Staple to broader audiences, solidifying our presence in a new space.

Looking ahead: what’s coming in 2025?

This year promises even more excitement as we continue to expand and innovate. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s on the horizon:

Kingsgate Place launching this Spring

As one door closes, another opens and we’re thrilled to be launching a brand new development in Broadstairs in March. Just a short drive from Lanthorne Place, Kingsgate Place will be a development designed to offer 24 premium new homes in Broadstairs, ranging from three to six bedrooms, and will further enhance our commitment to providing quality, community-focused living in Broadstairs, the jewel in the Isle of Thanet.

The Limes launching

This summer will see the launch of The Limes, our next stunning development in Sussex. Perfect for those seeking tranquil yet connected living, this project will undoubtedly appeal to those in search of their forever home. Nestled in Buxted just outside of Uckfield, The Limes will be a boutique development of just six private homes, ranging from two bedroom chalet bungalows to five bedroom detached houses.

Apartments at The Brambles

Expanding on the success at The Brambles, in 2025 we’re introducing modern, stylish apartments to the scheme, bringing a fresh dimension to this new community. Suitable for first-time buyers and downsizers alike, owners of the apartments will enjoy the same timeless architecture and modern interiors as the larger houses.

The development is situated in the heart of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, while Crowborough’s shopping facilities, eateries and schools are nearby. With new homes on the way, even more homeowners will be able to call this haven their home next year.

Thank YOU for an incredible year!

None of last year’s achievements would have been possible without our dedicated team, supportive partners, and incredible customers. As we begin 2025, we’re even more committed to delivering homes that inspire and delight.

Stay tuned for updates on our upcoming launches! In the meantime, if you’re considering a move, explore our developments offering everything from seaside homes in Kent to tranquil new homes in East Sussex.
