Purchasing a new home doesn’t need to be stressful. To help our customers we offer a number of incentives to make things convenient, so you can concentrate on starting life in one of our luxurious homes.

Part Exchange
If you’re already a homeowner, our Part Exchange scheme offers a simple, stress-free way to move. Instead of selling on the open market, we’ll work with our trusted partners, who act as your guaranteed cash buyer for your existing property, removing chains, delays, and uncertainty.
You can remain in your current home for up to four weeks after completing on your new Elivia home, giving you a flexible and comfortable window to move. What’s more, if your home sells for more than the agreed amount, you may be eligible to receive a share of the profit.

Stamp Duty Paid
On selected homes, we may be able to contribute towards or cover your Stamp Duty costs, helping to reduce upfront expenses and make your move more affordable.

Smooth Move
Our Smooth Move scheme is designed to take the stress out of selling your current home. You can provisionally reserve a new Elivia home even if you haven’t yet sold, giving you valuable time and certainty while we help manage the process.
Once reserved, we’ll take your new home off the market for an agreed period, liaise directly with your estate agent, contribute towards their fees* and help manage the selling process, helping to keep everything moving smoothly and efficiently.
A refundable holding deposit applies.

Armed Forces discount
It’s important to us that we recognise those who have served our country. Current and former military servicemen and women will be offered a £500* contribution for every £25,000 of the cost of the new property being bought, up to a maximum of £5,000 contribution.
First Homes Scheme
Is a government-backed initiative designed to help first-time buyers in England take their first step onto the property ladder. Through this scheme, selected new-build homes are offered at a discount of at least 30% off market value.
Interior Design Package
Selected Elivia Homes plots may include a contribution towards an Interior Design Package, helping you move into a home that feels complete from day one.
This incentive can be used towards professionally designed interiors or applied to the purchase of our show homes or enhanced homes, which come complete with carefully selected fixtures, fittings and upgrades already in place, offering a beautifully finished, turnkey solution.

Key Worker Discount
We’d like to say thank you to the nation’s key workers. Those working in the NHS, fire and police service, and education sector are offered a £500* contribution for every £25,000 of the cost of the new property being bought, up to a maximum of £5,000 contribution.
