We instruct up to three estate agents to value your home

We then agree a price with you and market your home

We will provide you with regular updates on viewings and offers made

Once an offer is accepted on your home you can reserve your new Elivia home

On the simultaneous legal completion of both properties you can move into your new Elivia home
